Some of the stats the board heard that night:
The company would invest $223 million to build the two data centers.
The total capital investment would top $501 million.
In three years, the economic impact to the local economy could be as much as $445 million.
In property taxes, the city might expect to earn $2.75 million over three years, starting in 2016.

“We’ve already landed a $1 billion investment from AmEx on two sites out there,
both the main site and the backup site." [snip]
"If a billion dollars is assessed within the city limits of the city of Greensboro,
the city of Greensboro and Guilford County will yield $13 million a year."
