ALABAMA-City of Gulf Shores plans to stop publishing notices in newspapers
As reported in al.com, the City of Gulf Shores, Alabama plans to stop publishing local ordinances in the local newspaper. According to state code, cities do not have to publish notices in the newspaper if the local paper is not published within the city.
