Is Greensboro's City Council about to make what could be the biggest mistake in the history of the city?
"The Federal Office of Housing and Urban Development
is asking housing authorities in North Carolina to turn over nearly $40 million in reserve funds
so they can be redistributed.
Winston-Salem is being asked to give back about $3 million from its reserves.
Representatives from HUD did not return calls from FOX8's reporter."
