Did Guilford County's Commissioners know that Chester Brown was about to own Gunter's Crossing when he represeted Robbie Perkins' LLC for a $124,000 grant?

These developers will do just about anything to finagle taxpayer money into their own pockets. These guys are very clever. I'm not sure they would ever make a dime if they didn't get tax breaks and incentives for their deals.
