YES IT DID HELP MAYOR BILL KNIGHT win the election.The above picture was taken at the entrance of the River Hills sub division out in the area of Greensboro called The Cardinal. This was the first time the newly annexed citizens had the opportunity to vote in a municipal election. If you can see from the above hand made sign it seems like they wanted everyone to know who voted to annex you into the City of Greensboro and vote accordingly.
