Jeff Thigpen Chairman of the Register of Deeds for Guilford County has some explaining to do.
According to the Guilford County Board of Elections campaign donor site which can be accessed from the front page of TRIADWATCH. There seems to be a case for temporary insanity on behalf of Jeff Thigpen.
Why should Jeff Thigpen need to go to Butner because in his campaign filings he gave $100 on 5-2-08 to the Committee to Elect Billy Yow who is a Guilford County Commissioner. The interesting aspect of this is on the form needed to fill out there is a comment section and in the comment section Jeff Thigpen said the following:
